FAQ

Questions should reduce hesitation, not create another wall of information.

The FAQ page supports trust, convenience, and booking confidence. It should answer the common concerns people actually have when they need a mobile notary quickly.

What do I need for my appointment?
Please bring your unsigned documents and a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.). Documents should be signed only in the presence of the notary unless instructed otherwise. If witnesses are required, let us know ahead of time so we can help guide you through the process.
Do you travel to homes, offices, hospitals, or care facilities?
Yes! Mobile service is at the heart of what we do. Delia travels directly to homes, businesses, hospitals, assisted living facilities, senior care communities, jails, offices, and other agreed locations to make the process convenient and stress-free. We proudly serve the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
Do you offer same-day or evening appointments?
Yes, same-day, evening, and weekend appointments are available based on scheduling availability. We understand that many notarizations happen during urgent or unexpected situations, so we strive to provide flexible appointment options whenever possible. For emergency or last-minute needs, please call or text (509) 792-2359 directly.
Do you offer bilingual services?
Yes! Delia proudly offers English and Spanish bilingual support to help clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Clear communication matters, especially when handling important documents.
